Disappointing Service!!

I am very much taken aback by the services of discovery health! I had just recently tied the knot and added my wife to my medical aid. Her cover to start 1 July 2013. Yesterday (28 June 2013) her appendix had ruptured an needed to be hospitalized Asap! With literally a weeknd away from her cover commencing, discovery refused to cover her!! 2 dayS is all is was, a weekend!!! I was forced to take her to a state hospital, which if anyone is familiar with, has the most terrifying service. I waited for more than an hour before someone attended to my wife and even more heartbreaking I had to sit there helpless and watch her cry because of the agony and pain. The place reeks of urine and covered in dry blood and that is what my wife had to be subjected to because of a mere 2 days! I am sure my reasning can be understood, as if it were a week or 2 weeks before her cover were to commence, I would understand them not wanting to cover her. Up until yesterday I had the greatest of respect for the services of discovery, but when you put the life of my loved one in danger, then all hope is lost for your ability to earn my respect or good faith.
