R 2 679 for 3 months for a pil that cost R 130

I send in my application for Key care plus didn't have any problems till i received my notice that i have been accepted. No on the acceptations letter it said I have to be on a 3 months waiting period for the pill i am taking (never mind that i already get the pill DON"T have to see a doctor about it) had the last doctor meeting in 2011.
I phoned the new business department where the lady didn't really care to help. was put through to the supervisor that looked at it and said it can't be reviewed at this time. So i told him i am paying R 2679 for 3 months for a pill that i will not get through the medical aid which cost R 130.00. I asked him almost 20 times when will they be able to review it al he says is not at this time.(not answering what i am asking). That is not my question. I even said i will go on the 3 months waiting period for a GP but then i just want to go to the hospital if the need arises.

Maybe if i beg someone will help me. Because to pay that must for a single pill it is ridiculous
