Pharos Medical Plan
Query

I have been emailing the queries for Pharos for the past 3 days and have had no response at all from the offices. How long does it take for a member to get a response from them? This is unacceptable for a medical aid company to ignore there members requests. I have not even received a call a from anyone to introduce themselves from the medical aid and don't even have a contact name
