Frustration of unpaid claims

Beginning of June i called to have the registered health provider on my med aid scheme changed after the doctor i was using moved to another city. A couple of weeks ago i checked how far the change was but i was told that they were still busy with it. My wife then visited our new health provider for consultation and today i received an email of the claim not being paid due to no funds. This is ridiculous because we do have funds available in our scheme. We don't predict when a person will fall sick and when we really need to use our medical aid, it can't help or pay claims from the Doctors. Lately i'm afraid to even consult because possibilities are that you won't pay the claim when you receive it. I have used Discovery medical aid and NEVER had issues like these.
