Shocking resolution of my claims

I am beyond frustrated with the disgusting service I receive from Momentum Health. I broke my arm very severely in March and I am still sitting with outstanding accounts and issues regarding non-payment - Like the fact that the metal plate placed in my arm to repair the break is considered a 'prosthesis' and I must pay R20 000 for it myself! Or the fact that apparently some of my hospital costs have not been covered. I will be terminating my service with them as soon as I am able and I will NEVER use Momentum as a service provider again. I will also be spreading the word about their horrific service to anyone and everyone who will listen.
