Discovery aims to mislead

After a recent hospital claim for grommets, I realised I had to pay an amount out of my own pocket. In the typical self-righteous manner of large organisations, Discover was quick to point out that their documentation clearly states that this will be the case. Really? The documentation brochure starts by saying "Unlimited Hospital Cover". Unlimited means: boundless, unbounded, limitless or infinite. And then further it states an upfront payment of R1950 needs to be maid for grommets. Again Up front means at the start of contract not out of your own pocket. Discovery therefore contradicts themselves by saying unlimited cover. And the fact that this was not done by accident leads one to conclude that discover is an misleading, dishonest and borderline organisation with no value other than capturing the maximum amount of profit out of their exploited customers.
