Bonitas
Again empty promises

After my first complaint, I got a email stating that I will be contacted by a resprasentative of Bonitas Shortly.
I was contacted last week Friday late in the afternoon. She told me that she will contact me on Tuesday again. Guess what it's Wednesday today, still haven't heard anything from anyone.
I asked if they will be paying my telephone bill, because I had to contact them 18 times to get my problem resolved, and my problem still isn't resolved.

I am strongly thinking about terminating my membership instead of upgrading my plan, witch was my initial plan when I got my daughter and husband on the medical aid. I was reffered to Bonitas by my doctor, but after all the problems I had, I wouldn't recommend Bonitas to anyone.
I truly didn't think I would have any trouble
