Discovery causes frustration!!!

I was involved In a serious car accident almost 2 weeks ago. I was in ICU for 3 days and had fractured my pelvis in 3 places as well as fractured my sacrum. I have been in hospital since then flat on my back. Dr ordered complete bed rest till healed. In. The interim, I have been doing physio in hospital. Dr says I can start sitting in a weeks time and walking only in 4 weeks time. He recommended going to rehab to start strengthening my muscles in preparation for the sitting and walking. However, Discovery refuse to pay! The rehab centre informed that Discovery always pays in these situations and had told me that I am moving today! My hubby took the day off work to be with me. Now at 14:00 they inform the hospital that its declined. My hubby has waisted a day off, I am an emotional wreck! And all Discovery can say is they will have an answer in 2-3 days. Wow, to be a manager a Discovery must be awesome, you only need to work every 2-3 days. No matter what you ask them, they can only tell you in 2-3 days, INCREDIBLE!
