Will never Utalize nor Refer any branch again

I shall never make use of this hotel nor any of their branches again.
1.When trying to find a hotel for a 2 night stay my husband and I went onto the internet and saw they had advertised it for R1299 but when we had contacted them telephonically to make a reservation we were told that this was not the case (FALSE ADVERTISING). This was the first stage of conflict as my husband and I hold integrity and consistency as a high value. We were then told that they apologize for any inconvenience and we would get the room at R1299.
2.On arrival my husband gave the money over to the manager in cash. After she had counted it she informed us that the reservation department had not agreed to the R1299 but only gave us a small discount. Once again more conflict. Ultimately we forked over the extra R600. During this we were asked if we wanted breakfast to be included and we said yes please, this leads to the next point:
3.on departure we were confronted with another stressful situation where we were told to pay R400 for the breakfast (which we were told was included and once again told that WE were wrong). So ultimately a two night stay would have cost us over R2k. RIP OFF
