Nobody answers the phone!!!

Called today to add my son onto my medical aid. Waited an waited an waited nobody answered the phone. After 20 minutes I couldn't handle it no more. Employ more people if you have to. That is pathetic service from your sidewe have things to do we can't hold on forever. And that horrible voice from the machine became haunting after a while
