No feedback- failure to give benefits

Good Day
I can not accept the fact that you will not pay me out for my sons chronic visits to the doctor.
As per attached
Christian is allowed to 2 GP visits and 2 Neurologists visits in which case Dr Ranchod is both of them. Why must this be paid out of my day to day benefits!
I urge you to rectify this urgently - I will take this further even to the medical aid board if I have to:
On the 07/03/2013 invoice you took the funds from my DAY TO DAY to pay me out.
On the 11/04/2013 invoice you refused to pay me out said my DAY To DAY was exhausted
And after dozens of emails it was said Dr Ranchod gets paid out of my DAY tO DAY expenses over and over again
I have attached the latest invoice as well for the 28/05/2013 as well!
Not to mention the fact that I have R3200.00 for GP visits as well! BUT IT HAS TO BE TAKEN OF FROM MY DAY TO DAY BENEFITS!!! AGAIN SEE ATTACHED!!!

This medical aid is a rip off! Why are you doing this! Just pay me out for Dr Ranchods visits as there is made provision for it As per statement attached!!!

Why on earth do I have a medical aid when I can just pay for R3300.00 a year out of my own pocket for doctors and medicin
