I am supposed to obtain authorization before seeing a specialist. On the 5th of July I called momentum to obtain authorization to see gynaecologist on the 8th of July. I called again to obtain authorization for a second visit on the12 th of July. My scheme allows me 2 specialist visits per year, I was aware of this.

When the gynaecologist confirmed my pregnancy I called momentum so that I would make use of the maternity benefits that would get me 4 more visits. I registered 31 July. On the 4th of September I went to the gynaecologist when they called momentum to confirm the maternity benefits (86682913) they were told i had used up all the specialist visits and the maternity benefits visits. I proceeded to pay cash. When i got home i called momentum toquery. The service consultant said their system picked up the codes as maternity consultation so they paid from the benefits. She said she would escalate it and will be resolved.

I have tried explaining this over and over and still no resolution. I don't know I have to pay for their system mistakes. I have been promised resolution in 3 days but 2 weeks later there is no resolution. Appalled by your! service
