My medical aid number 339136, Busi Odum. Im not happy with transmed, I just recently gave birth, my understanding with their policy is all costs will be covered 100 %, Now my day to day funds were used to pay some of the hospital bills, i have emailed them several times but no respond, I have called them they told me they will reverse the funds, I really needs those funds, I have 3 kids that i constantly sick because of the weather.

I need to understand why was my day to day funds used.
