PAIA information denied

On 19 June I called the call centre to obtain the company's Head Office information and information of the Directors as prescribed by PAIA. I need to contact the management to raise a matter which is not resolved. The call centre flatly denied to provide this information and directed me to a walkin centre. Is this the official position of Fedhealth?
