Mabalingwe Caravan park Unrealistic price increase

We have been camping at Mabalingwe Caravan park for the last 6 years regularly. Last year in the July holidays the cost for an extended weekend (3 nights) was R765 and for the same number of nights for one camping site (6 people) they want to charge me R3780. My question is how on earth can anybody in business warrant a 394% increase year on year?
