Getting the silent treatment!!??

I have been with Medshield for about 4 years or so. In April 2011 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. I don't receive treatment for this condition as it's simply too expensive and Medical Aid doesn't cover it. I am a single mother and I pay R2454 per month for me and my 3 year old daughter to be covered. I have been battling to get my
medication
on chronic
since
December 2012. The last sms I received from them was more than a month ago, stating that they've received my application and they will get back to me. Still haven't heard anything from anyone!!! Times are tough and I simply can't afford expensive Medical Aid AND medication which they'll only cover when I'm approved for chronic. A simple YES or NO would have been helpful!! My membership has been suspended due to the fact that my payment couldn't go off this month, which I fully understand. Why isn't anyone getting back to me regarding this??
