Frustrated

I'm on chronic medication, I was happy with collecting my medication from cliks, then discovery called 2 tell me that they'll now be delivering my meds. Called them to let them knw that I don't have my meds yet, I got tranfered from pilar to post. The last consultant I spoke 2 gave optipharm no's to contact cause they r the ones that do deliveries, that no didn't exist. Frustrated called back again only to transfered to mediexpress apperantley they do deliveries as well, when I got thru that extention I received a machine telling about their working hours being from 8-4. Still don't have an answer and my medication.
