Bad service

Customer of Resolution since 2006.In 2011 they had to pay R40 000 which they didn't, after contacting Mr Arnold he attended to this and after 2weeks Resolution paid everything, we gave them another chance. My son's tongsels remove in March'13 and got the Auth number in advance. Resolution said we must pay admition fee of R1750, they will pay the rest, still we received outstanding of R865.54. Also in March'13 I had an eye operation, Resolution gave me a Auth number, when I phoned the doctor with the Auth number they said I must make sure Resolution will pay for Tissel prosedure. I phone Resolution, they said I must pay the R2250 myself, I then spesificly asked them about the rest of their quote, as I did not want any surprises after the operation. She said i must only pay the ophthalmologist if it is not at medical aid tarrifs, I accepted. The consultant said the anaesthetic will be paid up untill R2550 as quoted but if it is more I must pay the difference, the ammount was less than R2550 and I still had to pay R985. I phoned Arnold's PA-Dumaine, she never phoned back as promised, after arguing with her she said I must go to Council of medical aid and she slamed the phone down in my ear.
