Efuses to refund

I joined the Asambe travel group in January this year and they have been debiting my account twice. I contacted the company and lodged my copmlain with Nosipho who promised to reund and cancel the other account that was been debited. In April i still realised that they were still debiting my account twice and no cancellation was done so again I brought it to their attention nw the suituation has become worse because I call these people daily with no help and they keep on saying they will check out the matter and get back to me which they never do. Now I just wanna cancell the whole deal woth them because I can see that they will never be able to assist me in booking for a real holiday if they failing now to just return a simply phoe call.
