I dont think anyone at Discovery even cares about their patients because if they did then I wont be typing this email... I called and spoke to Tasneem who actually helped me brilliantly (what a shame not all is like her) then i spoke to a rude ignorant personal who only sees your clients as numbers, I AM GLAD THAT I DONT FORM PART OF YOUR CLIENT BASE HAD THE GOOD SENSE TO MOVE A LONG TIME AGO.

Shame that i left my parents there, we request authorisation and guess what authorisation was given only to be told I am sorry but it was in error, my dad is very very ill that is why he went to see his heart specialist not because he did not have anything to do for the day but because he is SICK!!!

Craig confirmed that he he will not call as it is an inbound call centre well i just called my parents and they were actually in their car because of an email sent giving them authorisation 14976932 (THIS IS SICK) giving someone hope and then taking it away i want the persone that sent that email phone me and explain their throught process and then i want them fired it is like telling a person that is dying and then saying sorry i made a mistake we give you 6 weeks to live
