I cancelled my medical aid with Bonitas (Bonsave) as at the end of December 2012. when i queried in March regarding my savings that i had left in my account, Thembi Mthethwa said that it will be paid out after 4 months of termination. That would have been in May. When i queried again at the end of May Tinyiko Chauke sent me an e-mail stating that my savings will be paid out after 5 months from termination! It seems that the consultant did not even bother to access my account to investigate and the waiting period of 5 months also contradicks with the previous consultant's 4 month's.
