Fired after 2 weeks of service

I started working there as manager, Mnr Burger gave me a 3 Month Probation contract.
after working 2 weeks he aproces me and asked me how i left my last job, i told him me and the manager did not see eye to eye. And Mnr burger then said well he haird diffrent stories and i need to fix these rumors, so i did and got my manager and owner of my prev work phone him, he called me in and said hes sorry he has to let me go he could not trust me.
Now i would think having a 3 month probation contract will give me the oppertunity to shpw him im a great worker not a lair but he dismmised me with 2 weeks pay.in that 2 weeks i had 3 job offers i turned down becauce i was now emplooyed with him, now im struggling to get work and he did not even care what he did
