Unfair dismissal

I started working at Daly BMW beginning of August on a 3 month probation period. According to my contract my probation was suppose to end in October. On the 5th of September the service manager Werner Geldenhuys called me to his office round about 09:20 am, after entering his office. He then told me verbally he could no longer keep me within the company. He than dismissed me without my contract serving its full course and without any paper work or disciplinary hearing. I only worked 1 month whereby, I had a 3 month contract with them. The basic salary promised to me at the interview and the one reflecting on my payslip did correspond. I contacted Werner on the 6th September to explain to him what the contract stipulated, he threatened to make life difficult for me if I would go to the CCMA.I am very unhappy on the way BMW is treating their staff. BMW is a highly respected company world wide and in small towns their workers are being abused and ill treated. Daly BMW Klerksdorp is abusing us blacks because they think we do not know our rights. I am very, very upset- Klerksdorp is a very small town, and my reputation has been ruined. I would appreciate some assistance in this regard.
