Trying to get my child on medical aid

my name is SC Erasmus membership number 47001218823

since February I have been truing to register my son on the medical aid after numerous phone calls and emails that I have sent, I have no response what so ever. I would like to have someone in a senior position to give me feed back as soon as possible.

the bad service is not acceptable (NO SERVICE AT ALL)
he would have been on the medical for four months on the medical aid now that we need the medical aid urgently we now have to seek other alternatives with this unacceptable.
