Broken pelvis - no assistance for 3 days already

My mother in law was diagnosed with a broken pelvis at the government subsidized hospital because Discovery would not help her when she called for assistance 2 months ago. They thought it was related to a previous injury in her back so instead of sending her to get it checked out they refused to assist her saying its related to a previous injury. She was forced to go to HF when the pain was unbearable. After various consultations 2 months later they found something eating away at her pelvis and they think she has bone cancer. We took her to hospital 3 days ago due to a broken pelvis (diagnosed at HF). They think it has degraded due to the cancer. She has had no medical help yet because Discovery won't give the go ahead and they say she needs to wait until office hours next week.

I don't recommend Discovery medical aid to anyone that is looking for prompt assistance during an emergency...

THIS ISSUE WILL GO TO COURT!!
