Referral To A Specialist

I went to see my GP to get a referral to see my psychiatrist, he filled out the forms saying that i had had a relapse and I'm suicidal. Discovery declined the Auth saying to little information was supplied. Maybe i should try to commit suicide first, and then my auth will be processed. or who knows it might then be too late.
How much more info do they need. I am already registered with the PMB benefit as suffering with Bipolar. What to do in this situation. I pay my medical premiums. They tell you that you have so much available. But then they you. Seriously thinking about changing Medical Aids
