Worst place to stay in Kroonstad

No water in my bathroom for five days, no sugar in the room for five days. No service from the staff. The staff spent the entire week sleeping on the guest sofa's in the guest lounge. Complained numerous times, eventually had to use one of the other guests showers. Will never stay there again. will do all that I can to make sure no-one else has this bad experience.
