Migrating plans a nightmare!

I need to migrate my plan and have been struggling with it for 2 weeks. They ask for one document i send it to them then they ask for another and so it goes. Now i'm trying to get information about what proof i can send to verify i'm unemployed and i can't get through the call center after waiting for ages i am sent from one person to another to another. This is so frustrating.
