Unacceptable service and delay in approving cove

I have been booked into Akeso Clinic for the last 4 days. It is supposed to take 2 days for this to be approved and yet I am still waiting to be approved. Now I have to leave the clinic because you (FEDHEALTH) are dragging your feet in this approval and looking for excuses not to approve, I can pay R16 000 up front but who has that cash these days? You say I had a break in medical aids when I did not, my last month with Discovery was Dec 2012 and I joined you in Jan 2013. I have sent you PROOF of this so there was no break. I was also not told there would be exclusions and besides it's been longer than three months all ready. Now you are apparently looking at the Underwriting to find something so you can decline my stay here. I have all ready started a program and now because I have to leave that is wasted and will have to start over when you do decide to approve, if you do, which means even more time off of work! In hindsight I should have stayed with Discovery if this is the service I am going to get. I am fully paid up and have hardly used my benefits. Please sort this out ASAP as in NOW or I will be going to the Ombudsman with this complaint and the press.
