My Husband and I spent 2 Nights at the lodge it being a wedding gift from a family member.
the day we left we forgot his wedding shoes, men formal New shoes at the lodge only realising we forgot it when we got home. we immediately contacted management and was told they will have a look. My husband went to the lodge the Wednesday as they did not get back to us, saying they did't find anything in the room when both of us know it was in the cupboard we have asked them who cleaned the room and it was 2 males... says alot of course they will say they did't find any its brand new. Today i contacted them as wanting to know if we'll be compensated the manager Candice gave me attitude and started threatening me with lawyers telling me how do the know he arrived there with wedding shoes my we were still in our wedding clothes when we got there. the fact that she just said that almost make us sound like liars "sy vat os by die gevriet'. i am disgusted by this management i am not going just sweep this incident under the mat i was trying to be reasonable they could at least compensate 50% of the price of the shoes but they dont want to... I'm disgusted at they way they treating us
