INCOMPETENT, RUDE AND UNHELPFUL FRONTDESK STAFF

In the early hours of Thursday morning I went to Protean Wanderers hotel to try to book into one of their suites. I am a VIP prokard member and I hence qualify for some vouchers that I wanted to use. To my dismay, the team at the front desk refused to help me "since I hadn't booked in advance". Never mind the fact that NO1 told me this on the day I paid R1400 of my hard earner cash to these people to pay for this subscription. All of that and this team at the front desk team (a tall black guy and a lady) sees no problem giving me and my colleagues attitude! Telling me that "when I took out the card I didn't take it out from them" ( oooh yes, because they work for another hotel chain and not Protea Hotel isn't it?? To me you as staff live and are the brand!). Never mind as well that it's been 2 months later since I paid for this, I STILL do not have my card and I have on numerous occasions called into their call centre to sort this out - to no assistance am this stage am a very unhappy client and I need these issues addressed as I have referred more than enough of my colleagues/friends/family to this company to receive such treatment!
