Website = Useless = No response

I tried to call your call centre on Friday to get hospital pre-authorization, I was on the line for 25 minutes without an answer. I dediced to go onto the website and get the authorization there. I completed the forms and thought I would receive an email with this number by today (Monday)

Today, Monday, I have yet to receive ANY authorization. My operation is schedued for tomorrow and Medihelp have not brought their part. I did as requested and Medihelp did absolutely nothing.

I yet again tried calling the call centre and after 30 minutes eventually spoke a a consultatnt - Petro.

There was nothing on her system that showed her I even submitted the info for pre-authorization. Your pathetic excuse for a website serves no purpose!!!
