Good day,

My name is Uatshila Matsila. I am hereby formally lodging a complaint against OK Furniture Nkuna Kraal.

I bought a Queen Restonic bed in cash for my Momo (Granny) at OK Furniture Nkuna Kraal. I was assisted by a lady named Confidence during the purchase. The bed was indeed delivered to my home address at Vyeboom Village. However, after a few months, my mom complained about the poor quality of the mattress. I informed Confidence about my Granny's situation at OK Furniture Nkuna Kraal. She escalated the complaint to the Restonic supplier. I was advised to send pictures of the bed to Restonic, where Claudine Hancock from Restonic informed me that they had approved the exchange and that OK Furniture Nkuna Kraal (Mr. Maluleke) should order a new mattress for my granny.

However, it has been over 8 months now, and no new mattress has been delivered to my mom's address (Vyeboom Village). I have been engaging with OK Furniture Nkuna Kraal employees, including Aluwani, Precious, Itumeleng, and Mr. Maluleke, in order to get the new mattress delivered. All my efforts have not yielded positive results. They are sending me from pillar to post without resolving my mattress issue.

I have been underserved or poorly served by the OK Furniture Nkuna Kraal branch. I urgently need your assistance to resolve the matter as soon as possible. If I don't get any positive feedback by 11 July 2025, I will have no choice but to return the bed and be refunded my money in full. Alternatively, I will escalate the matter to the relevant ombudsman.

The Restonic complaint reference number is: CH14500. The date of purchase is 2024/08/16. The current product name is: 183cm Chiro Zone B/Set. The approved exchange product is 183cm Chiro Zone Mattress only.
