Bread rolls

I shop at Checkers Springs Mall and their bakery is the best except for one thing. The bread rolls whether round or long are very inconsistent in size and appearance. I regularly buy 60 of each for doing hamburgers and hot dogs at church. Today I got 60 of each, the brown hamburger rolls were fairly even in colour but of different sizes, the hot dog rolls were a mess, some were short and nicely browned on top and separate but other were flat, stuck together, pasty looking and misshapen. Some were impossible to split, concave underneath, over soft and almost flat Is the dough for the rolls machine cut or hand cut? If hand cut your staff are doing a poor job and turning out second rate rolls. maybe, if you have one, your bakery manager should visit Springs Mall Checkers bakers and see some of the terrible rolls in the baskets, when we sell burgers and hot dogs at church it is important that each one is the same size and quality. I can take photos next time I buy if you want to follow this up.
