Hair in food

I just sent a guy to purchase a quarter chicken and chips from Food Lovers Eatery at Icon Centre in Cape Town for R51.40. When I opened the box, there was a long black strand of hair and a shorter one on the chips. My first question was, do they not wear hair nets? Because this can be considered a health risk. I did contact the establishment and received an apology, but needless to say, I was very disappointed.
