Me and my husband went on the 10th of May 2024 to the beef baron restaurant at Peermont Rio Casino we ordered for the starter peri - peri chicken livers and snails when the starters arrived the chicken livers was still raw, we send it back to the kitchen when it came back, and my husband was surprised to get a piece of steak with fat on it in the plate of the chicken livers we called the chef and showed it to him he offered a pudding as apology which we refused it was never about getting something back, when the mains arrived we ordered a combo of ribs and chicken wings needless to say it was disappointing the ribs was pieces of chucks looks like a pig leg that was cut into thick pieces we were utterly disgusted by the look of it and didn't even eat it we decided then not to order any dessert afraid that it also would be as unpleasant as the food we were served, one doesn't expect to be served the type of food we got. We paid our bill and left but I felt to bring this under your attention we are regular customers of Peermont Rio Casino, and this was really unacceptable of a well-known place in Northwest.
