Terrible food service

Good afternoon.

I have just had the worst meal at Mike's Kitchen, from starters which were wings that looked old and dry to main meal which was rump, asked for medium to well and it was too well and very dry not only that but the fries were also hard and were just warmed up, upon letting the manager know of the situation, nothing was done. Paid a bill of R630.00 for that.
