Pick 'n Pay - Rosebank Mall
Till operators and lack of packing staff

There were no express till operators and no packing staff today. I went to do my monthly grocery shop for the office at PnP Rosebank and it took ages for the transaction to be completed as there were no staff to pack items in to bags and there were no express till staff. The poor lady who came after me only had 3 items and she had to wait about 45 minutes to pay for her 3 items.
Please can you improve your service over the lunch hour!
