Poor service anf stinginess

Sandton branch. Got looks from staff when we asked for extra sauce or onions for e.g. on our falafels. Brainjals not added to dishes. No cucumber in the cucumber salad, tomato sauce sachets literally have half tsp of sauce in them. We were issued 3 sachets after ordering larger chips. Customers wait n wait long for their turn to be served. Poor stingy service. The experience we had at the glen was superb but im not sure why sandton of all places is so badly run. Pathetic that there is no one complaining... sandton anats is a good ex. of taking location for granted.
