Samsung Brand Store

Let me start by saying that my girlfriend and i SONY fans, however my brother bought a Samsung 3D TV so we thought we would go take a look at the Samsung store in Clearwater mall. We are also looking for a surround sound system for our home. We walked into the store and hung around for a while waiting for a sales man to come help us, however they all seemed to be too busy leaning against the shops counter telling jokes and laughing. This is the second time i have been to that store and got the same lack of service from the staff there. This just tells me that the large amount of money i was going to spend today i will spend at another store on SONY equipment as their sales people are helpful and polite, i will also continue to purchase Apple devices, of which i have many, simply because i get good service from them.
