Cant buy proper vacuum cleaner bag!?

Apparently staff of Sumsung in Marlboro are not able to sell me a proper bag for my sumsung vacuum cleaner. It is my 3d trip to the shop where there is no clue what products they selling!! Up to date i payed R 300, spend time and over what? Ridiculous!!!
