IPod 5 returned Jan 2013 - Still waiting

Electronics and household app.

I ordered and paid for two iPod 5's on 30th October 2013 - this was after first checking availability with igear. they were to be Christmas presents. It was only after much badgering and prompting that they were delivered (separately) in December 2012. One was defective - I contacted igear on the 26th December 2012, regarding a replacement - only to find the company closed. Eventually on the 22 Jan 2013 I shipped off the defective iPod. Since then I have had a trail of broken promises about a replacement unit. Each time I make contact (via email as their phone lines are never answered) I am told another tale why the unit has not been delivered. It is now the 16th April 2013 - this is totally unacceptable and tantamount to.

I find the customer relations non existent as there is never the promised feedback. I am at my wits end - anybody doing business with igear do so at their own peril
