No aftersales service, refusal to honor warranty

I have been running around for the last 2 months now trying to sort out a defective cable and charger that came with my Samsung Galaxy Note 2. There is supposed to be a 6 month warranty on all accessories that come with phones, Samsung refuses to honour this.
I have made numerous calls to the Samsung call centre and have been to your service provider Smartlab in Sandton. They are absolutely useless and refuse to replace the cable and charger, unless I send my phone to Cape Town for testing first!
This is ridiculous! The phone is in perfect working order, the charger or USB do not work. My parts warranty is going to expire soon because Samsung refuses to replace the faulty parts.
The last straw was your call centre sending me out of my way to the Samsung shop in Vodacom World who are not aservice centre. The manager was extremely helpful though and escalated this to Thabo, the call centre manager, recommending that a replacement cable and charger be couriered to me and swapped for the faulty items.
Thabo has called me, but not given me feedback since and not returned my emails since. The service levels from Samsung are pathetic. This is supposed to be a premium brand
