Poor service

Would not recommend anyone buys from these people. In warranty AV receiver in for repair 3 weeks ago, I phone in every few days, to find out the progress, only to be told we will call you back... Currently the score card is sitting at 8 calls from me and only one returned call from them. Also promised a loan unit while repairs are going on-still not materialized. Seems that none of these people can keep a simple promise. I will actively discourage anyone I know from doing business with your stores. All it required was a phone call! Well done cats
