Direct Deals
Bad After Service

Electronics and household app.

Good day,

I was a regular customer at Direct Deals. But unfortunetly this incedent changed my mind. I purchased a Levi Watch from Direct Deals in May 2012. A few months later I took in the watch to Direct Deals because the Watch Glass was not sitting flush. this was repaired. A few months later while wearing the watch, it just fell off my hand, quiet shocked because I didnt hit anything. On inspection i saw that a few links had broke. I returned it. When i went to pick my watch up, i did not check it, in the car on my way home i checked the watch, and saw the watch still had sand on it from when it fell and that one link had a line on it, as i wiped it the piece of the link came of. I made a U-turn and went back to Direct Deals within the hour. Saying is personal damage, I tried to explain how can i break the watch within an hour on my way home. Eventually they did take it. Weeks later i contacted them. They told me i will have to pay R100, because thats what the supplier said. No one was really willing to explain to the supplier, I said I would speak to the supplier, and they said no. I will not pay for something thats not my fault and will break again. I told them to keep it.
