I purchased a Color 46 inch Telefunken TV and a Fridge from Xpress Traders in November. When i purchased the goods I did ask Marc Kessel if there is Country Wide Guarantee on the products as I was moving to JHB. He advised me no problem. The goods were delivered and moved to JHB. When in JHB I started getting the problem that the TV does not swich on all the time with the remote, I also tried switching it on at the TV but does the same. I contacted Xpress Traders and left numerous messages for Marc and the Lady that Sold the TV to me, No one callec back so when i was in Cape Town i popped in, Marc was not in so I left messages again. Still no Joy after a month so i called again numerous times until I got the Sales Lady on the line, i was hard and she advised me I could pick up a new remote. When I received the new remote i still had the problem so i called her and told her the story and she advised me that Marc would call. Again he never calls so when next in Cape Town I pop in agian and I am told Marc has sold the business by Lydia. Lydia advised me that she would sort it out. Then i get get a threatning call from Marc that if I want the TV sorted that i must bring it to Cape Tow.
