USELESS AGENCY

On 02 april 2013, i went to have my smartcard changed and to link my other decoder under one account, and they couldn't help me with this. Previously my account was suspended fo non payment and i had paid i went in there to sort it out and they couldn't help me either. You walk in there the consultants are not even friendly, i actually greated them and they did not even reply back. I wonder why this shop would be an accredited agency yet they cannot assist with the simplest of problems. They might as well call themselves DSTV installers instead of agency.
