Very Bad Service and Bad Attiude

On the 22nd March 2013, I phone Samsung service department to come out and look at my washing machine which is giving problems and they were very rude about the whole thing. They asked what the problem was and I told them and was told why have I not cleaned my filter which I do after every wash. Reluctantly they made a booking and told me they would phone when they could come out. On the 25th March 2013 I received a call from Samsung stating they would not come out until I gave them a serial number, date of purchase and a copy of the receipt, which was given to them on the 22nd. On the 26th March 2013 a technician phone and said he would be at my home just after one, he arrived after four. I was told that the sensor was faulty and I would have to pay for it as I have broken it. How does one break a sensor when it is inside the machine? I was told that he would be back the next day, but I am still waiting. The Samsung washing machine is not even a year old. I emailed Samsung's Head Office on the 26th March 2013 but as yet nobody has bothered to come back to me.
