Not holding stock

I bought an expensive LG 3D TV set, and unfortunately it got struck by lightning a month ago. My issue is that we have been unable to get an. HDMI board to effect repairs and LG do not hold stock in South Africa. My point is that if LG wants to sell expensive TV sets they should also hold parts for such TV sets. I have a Samsung 3D TV also damaged in the same lightning strike and it has been up and running for a couple of weeks now.
