On the 16 dec 2012 we purchased the new Eco Bubble Samsung washing machine, the offer was very attractive as it came with a 30 day money back guarentee a R500.00 trade in voucher for your old machine and FREE OMO liquid for a month, WOW! what an offer, so we purchased it, we registered on line on the18th dDec sent rough the necessary documents etc & waited. i complained about the machine as my washing wasnt spinning dry on a 15 min eco cycle, and had to use a 12 min cycle again just to dry the washing, so much for economy. we phoned Samsung on the 11-01-2013 spoke to Rebecca & complained, a team was eventually sent out after many frustrated calls, and they came on th 6 feb, to be told that is how the machine works & nothing can be done, I asked about the collection of my old machine& was told, SORRY not my department, I called on 5 march spoke to Barry whom made promises, & nothing materialized, spoke to Rebecca again on 13-03 & was told Eben will contact me, still waiting, i called on 25-03 asked for Rebecca & was told she was busy, i asked to be called back & was told they DONT call back, What the! im so disgusted and frustrated at the lack of service, & lack of promises!
